RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your Pure Colour Baby purchase. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. 

Sale items are exchange only for store credit. 
Clearance items, sample sale and face coverings are final sale. 

For all returns or exchanges

• items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
• All original tags must be attached
• You must present a valid receipt
  
  

Returning or Exchanging Online Purchases
To return an online purchase, please email us at hello@purecolourbaby.ca with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. Once your return/exchange is approved, we will send you a link to get a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund/credit (or use your own label at your own cost). 

Returns/exchanges are processed within one week of receiving the returned item(s).
