We are very excited to be participating in this year’s One of a Kind Show in Toronto again this year. Pure Colour Baby has been a vendor at the show since 2016, showing off our organic, grow with me baby clothes. This year, we are excited to share our Fall/Winter 2022 collection, featuring fun prints and colours you and your kids will love.
One of our favourite parts of the One of a Kind show is having the opportunity to be part of a community of talented makers and artisans from all over Canada. Our team has made incredible connections and we can’t wait to see some of our favourite businesses later this month. If you’re heading to the show, make sure you check out these amazing vendors.
Talented Makers + Artisans
Copious
Fashion designer, Carissa creates the coolest upcycled clothing collections using thrifted pieces. She also gets creative with fabric scraps for her conscious heart sweater collection and denim designs. Her Femme Stories blog series highlights other artists and makers through conversations and interviews on IG live. We love Carissa's commitment to slow fashion and her enthusiasm to support and lift up fellow small shop owners.
Diana Watters Handmade
Lindsay first met Diana at the One Of A Kind Show in 2018. They instantly connected, having both worked in interior design before pursuing their businesses full time. Diana makes colourful modern cross stitch kits. Her kits make awesome gifts and her designs are so fun to stitch. We especially love her interior design themed kits and her holiday ornaments.
DAUB
If you love beautifully designed activewear, you need to check out this Vancouver-based brand. Designer and owner, Lexi has been hand-dying and designing activewear and women's basics for over a decade. DAUB pieces are well-made (in Canada, of course) with high end fabrics and thoughtful design features. Their signature hand dyed leggings are both beautiful and unique and the new Fall '22 collection features some gorgeous new colours.
The Teeny Tiny Bakery
Every holiday season Lindsey makes a stop at the Teeny Tiny Bakery booth to pick out some adorable sugar cookies for her kids. They never last more than a few hours once she brings them home! Owner Jacqueline creates so many fun (and delicious) designs. They make great gifts too.
Rare Olive
Lindsay discovered Rare Olive at an Ottawa craft market last year and immediately fell in love with their designs (the hollow circle necklace is one of her favourite pieces to wear). Designer Nicole is from Guelph, ON and makes wooden jewelry and accessories with a simple modern aesthetic. This is their first time exhibiting at OOAK and we can’t wait to shop at their booth.
Pure Heart Essentials
This natural, vegan skincare brand is Ottawa-based and we love their products. Owner Debbie is incredibly knowledgeable about her products and ingredients. She takes a lot of care in the creation of her skincare, hair care and soaps. One of our favourite products are the Breathe shower steamers which are fantastic when you have a cold or sinus problem.
See You There
These are only a few of the 600+ Canadian artisans who will be at the One of a Kind show. Be sure to stop by from November 24th to December 4th to get some holiday shopping done and pick up a few unique goodies to treat yourself. Visit www.oneofakindshow.com for tickets and show details. We’re excited to see you there!
